The Texas Rangers selected power-hitting third baseman Joey Gallo with the 39th overall pick in the 2012 MLB Draft on Monday. Scout.com National Baseball Expert, and former Rangers scout, Frankie Piliere scouted Gallo last summer at the Perfect Game National Showcase.
