TAMPA, FL - Amongst the hoopla of having the likes of Hiroki Kuroda, Phil Hughes, Travis Hafner, and Francisco Cervelli at the minor league complex on Friday, Dante Bichette Jr. kept his hitting ways going as Charleston and the low-A Pirates finished in a 5-5 tie.

Dante Bichette had been swinging a potent bat the last several days and he kept on looking very balanced at the plate on Friday, going 2-4 with two runs scored. While both his single and double were stung extremely hard, the better news is he hit both to right field. Him using the whole field more is a great sign that he's getting back to his hitting ways.
