CEDAR RAPIDS - Outfielder Jaycob Brugman had an aggressive approach at the plate last season. While he posted some solid numbers with short-season Vermont, Brugman knew he had to improve his plate discipline to establish himself as a prospect in the Oakland A's system. He has done just that and is already seeing results.
