Stockton Photo Gallery: Ports Division Champs

Matt Olson leads the Cal League in homers.

The Stockton Ports secured the second-half Northern Division title on Tuesday night. They are heading to the playoffs for the first time since 2011, when Stockton reached the California League finals. Inside are photos of the playoff-bound Ports from Donn Parris Photography.

The 2014 season has been one to remember for the Stockton Ports. Through Tuesday, the Ports had the best record in the California League. Stockton has three players on the league's post-season All-Star team (Matt Olson, Renato Nunez and Seth Streich), as well as two coaches (manager Ryan Christenson and pitching coach John Wasdin).

The Ports' playoff run will begin on the road on September 3. That will be the start of a best-of-three game series to determine who will get to the Cal League semi-finals. Stockton will play game two and (if necessary) game three at home on September 4 and 5.

Below are photos of the Ports from their recent roadtrip to Southern California. The photos are courtesy of Donn Parris. To view more of his outstanding photos, please visit http://donnparrisimages.photoshelter.com.
