PHOENIX – This past off-season has been one of the busiest of Keith Lieppman’s long and distinguished career as the Oakland A’s head of player development. Since the A’s started wheeling and dealing in December, Lieppman has been busy trying to figure out where all of the A’s new and incumbent prospects will start the 2008 season.
