Oakland A's manager Bob Geren spoke with the media during the recently completed baseball winter meetings. Inside is a transcript of that interview.

Q. I know you guys talked a little bit last night with us about the coaching search, but what do you look for in a bench coach? You'll be on your third in three years as a manager? BOB GEREN: There's been eight in eight years now.
