By Melissa Lockard Senior Editor Date: Mar 13, 2007 Selected in the sixth round of the 2006 draft, right-hander Andrew Bailey had one of the best short-season performances of any of the Oakland A’s 2006 draft picks. Bailey dominated Northwest League hitters and posted a 2.02 ERA for the Vancouver Canadians. More than two years removed from Tommy John surgery, Bailey looks poised to build on his outstanding 2006 campaign.
