Milone Sent Back To Sacramento After a disappointing start on Friday in the Oakland A's loss to the Texas Rangers, left-hander Tommy Milone was sent back to Triple-A Sacramento. He was replaced on the A's roster by reliever Evan Scribner, who returns to Oakland for the third time this season. The A's have not yet announced who will replace Milone in their starting rotation.
